This soup is enriched with vitamins and it will help rejuvenate the skin. It doesn't require a long time to cook.
Ingredients:
1 Mo Gua
2 Chicken Breasts
5 Shiitake Mushrooms
Some raw peanuts
4 Carrots
2 Dried Scallops
Directions:
- Soak peanuts, dried scallops and mushrooms in cold water and set aside.
- Add chicken breasts in cold water and bring to a boil.
- Add all soaked ingredients into the water and boil for 30 minutes on medium low heat.
- Wash and peel mo gua and carrots. Cut into small pieces.
- Add carrots and mo gua and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
