Pork with Pickled Mustard Soup
1 Green onion, chopped
1 pkg. sliced pickled mustard
4 oz. pork, sliced
1/2 tsp salt*
Bok choy, chopped
- Bring a small pot of water to boil.
- Add all ingredients except sesame oil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add some sesame oil when ready to serve.
Do not add too much salt as the pickled mustard is already very salty. But the salt is needed to bring out the flavor of the mustard soup.
