Food for Barbeque

We had barbeque when our friends came over to visit last weekend.  Beside barbequed chicken, sausage and prawns, we also had these vegetables and salads on the table.

Guacamole salad (left), Japanese Ban Ban Ji ( chicken salad, right) and corn on the cob:

 Grilled zucchini and bell peppers:

My husband decided to be creative for the first time. He made this dipping sauce for the tigers prawns he grilled. That was his first experience in sauce mixing. It was actually really good and we were all amazed!
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
Hot sesame oil, minced garlic, chicken marinated sauce, olive oil, and some sugar.

Of course, we always have dessert afterward.   My friend brought a fruit platter and we also had the Japanese Pumpkin's Tapioca Soup for dessert.
